Best Go To Snacks!

Here is a great list of go to snacks if your a Type 2 diabetic as myself.  These snacks are actually healthy for all that are wanting to live a lower carbohydrate lifestyle.

*Hard boiled egg

*Almonds  (This is my number 1 go to snack)

*Greek Yogurt –  The high protein keeps you full but look out for the sugar grams. Some are higher then others.

*Cottage cheese-  You can dress this up by adding some berry’s on top

*String Cheese!! On the go I am always looking for something quick and fast and string cheese is my 2nd favorite snack.

*Beef Jerky

*Peanut butter
