Put your Best Fork Forward

I love this years National Nutrition Month Theme!! Put your best for forward!! We all need that boost of I CAN now and then and when this month rolls around it gives me the does in a big way. So many great messages coming to my in box with many great ideas and reminders on how to live a healthier life.

I feel like we had the longest winter ever here in Idaho and the part we live in normally does not get very much snow. This year we had something like 10 snow days due to the bad weather. Because we normally do not get much our cities were not prepared and it took weeks to get dug out of the big snow as I call it. It’s so nice to see spring coming in and the weather start to change. I am looking forward to starting to getting my exercise outside and enjoying the beauty of spring. Below is a of healthy snacks vs unhealthy snack choices. We all can use a reminder on this.
