Sugar AddictionLast year at this time I started a NO sugar challenge with many other readers of my web site. The first few days are rough but by day 3 I started feeling better each day. By day 5 I feel really good and felt sugar was out of my system.  I had great energy and loved no feeding my addiction. I learned that  using my journal to my feelings was what worked best for me. Bought a few from Ross and they are full now.  I found that by the end of the holiday I was yet again struggling with Sugar so I felt again doing the 21 day challenge  and getting off sugar all together is what I need to do.  Do join in. Take the quiz and prepare for a few hard days followed by many wonderful days.  WE can do this and trust me it’s worth it.

    I am so in. I answered yes on 6 of these questions. I need to do this for me and need to really get off this horrible cycle I have been in for many years.
