Last year at this time I started a NO sugar challenge with many other readers of my web site. The first few days are rough but by day 3 I started feeling better each day. By day 5 I feel really good and felt sugar was out of my system. I had great energy and loved no feeding my addiction. I learned that using my journal to my feelings was what worked best for me. Bought a few from Ross and they are full now. I found that by the end of the holiday I was yet again struggling with Sugar so I felt again doing the 21 day challenge and getting off sugar all together is what I need to do. Do join in.
