Portion Control ~

Controlling your potions in the big picture will be the way to get off the weight and keep it off for life. I found that eating smaller meals throughout the day worked best for me. YOU really are never hungry. Every few hours I am eating something. Also I try to map out what I am going to eat for the day so I know ahead of time. Planning it out will prevent grazing and you will feel better if your in control and your not just eating because your board.
So be prepared for you day because if your not it’s much harder to control your portions.   Just remember it’s all about control.  Emotional eating is my down fall and I still have to fight this often.  Having a plan has helped me in so many ways. 🙂
