Food is the most abused anxiety drug~

For better health “Get Up and Get Moving” ..  The best way to keep depression away is to move.  2012 was by far the most stressful year of my life and I learned this more this past year that the best  de-stresser is exercise.   Exercise is my anti depressant.  By far it has been the most valuable tool through some very stressful times.  Give it a try. If you struggle with any type of depression or are stressed get out and exercise.
