    Tip- Don’t eat after 8. It’s not a good idea to go to bed on a full stomach since your body does not move the food until the next day.

    A tip- I am going to say the best way to get cut arms are doing pushups. I have been doing them daily for over a month and I love the way my arms look. Just in time for short sleeves.

    So here is my tip. Eating doesn’t make things better, so don’t eat when u feel emotional! Go for a run or some kind of exercise instead!
