Speaking To Our Youth

Speaking to our youth about Type 2 diabetes.
I had a great night speaking to a youth group in Nampa tonight. What a wonderful group on young woman. I got to share my personal story and talk about healthy eating and exercising. We got to spend time together after and just hang out. I had such a great time. 🙂
