I have to say I have not worked out for over a week. No sun in Chicago and just too cold for me. After reading that it improves emotional stability is a good enough reason for me.

Boy did I need this today.
I really have been burned out between being mom to my small kids and working part time now I just seem to be so exhausted. I agree with no sun it's hard to want to exercise. This list has to many reasons not to. I have to say I better just do it and I know I will feel better after I do.

OK I read through each and every reason and can make no excuse for today. I need to just go and do it. Great tips. I work in the health industry and still have a really hard time kicking my fanny in great to work out. I preach to my patients the importance but don't do it half the time myself. There are some wonderful reason's on this list.

Just thought I should let you know.
I love these reason's to exercise.
the ones that stood out the most for me is reduces constipation.
and releases endorphins. Those 2 alone are good enough reason for me. I suffer from both. That is I get down winter blues and if I don't exercise my family better watch out. My mood is all over the place.
If I work out regularly it's not a problem.
I bought the Jillian Miachels 30 day shred and have been losing 2.5 pounds a week. It's been a blessing. I like her.

Thought I would share.
Well, I talk to much but just love these reasons.

OK you read my mind. I have been finding all kinds of reasons not to workout and you just gave me a list of reasons why I need to workout. I needed this like so much today. I have been having a hard time getting in my workouts and I have felt horrible.

I love these tips! After 6 kids I figure I have not have had to deal with varicose veins because I work out.
Also I did not know that exercise helps your digestion. That's a real plus for me.
